A Property Passport is a practical care record. It does not replace a licensed inspection, survey, or engineering assessment. One-time customers can ask for a separate Property Notes assessment.

Our background-checked FetchPros keep an eye out while they are already on site. When they notice a loose shutter, a clogged gutter, an overgrown bed, or another practical next step, they document it for you. You can ask GoFetch to handle it, take it on yourself, or revisit it later. We do not add unapproved work to your bill.
