How we handle pool maintenance
Pool cleaning, water checks, seasonal care, and equipment observations. Tell us about your pool for a site-specific quote.
- 1Review pool size, access, equipment, water condition, existing service history, and the owner's preferred care routine.
- 2Talk through what matters now, what you hope to improve later, and which areas or items must be protected.
- 3Agree on the cleaning and maintenance checklist, visit frequency, chemical responsibilities, and who handles equipment issues.
- 4Write down the scope, exclusions, schedule, and quote for approval before work starts.
- 5Log the tasks performed, visible equipment concerns, and any readings taken under the approved plan.
The GoFetch approach
A clear plan, a careful visit, and a record you can use.
Good property care starts with understanding your goals - not just checking off a task. The depth of the walkthrough and documentation matches the job, and you stay in control of added work.
1. We listen first
Tell us what is bothering you now, what you want the property to become, and what you would rather handle yourself. We note priorities, timing, pets, access, and anything that must be protected.
2. We walk the work
We review photos and, when the job needs it, walk the relevant areas with you. We identify boundaries, surfaces, materials, quantities, access, visible risks, and the conditions that could change the scope.
3. We make a visual record
With your permission, we photograph the agreed work areas and notable conditions before work begins. Useful measurements and counts are labeled, and private spaces or personal items are not photographed unnecessarily.
4. We agree on the plan
You receive a clear description of the included work, exclusions, optional add-ons, timing, and quote. We confirm the plan with you before scheduling; discoveries that change it go back to you for approval.
5. We keep you informed
You know who is assigned and when to expect the visit. For longer jobs, we share useful progress updates. If we find something outside the plan, we explain it and ask before doing extra work.
6. We show what changed
After the visit, we record the work done with notes, relevant before-and-after photos, and quantities when practical. You can see what was completed, what still needs attention, and which next steps are optional.
For recurring service, this becomes a living property record: visits, photos, notes, and your priorities can be updated as the property changes.
Why GoFetch
More than a finished task - you see the work.
We agree on the scope before we begin, keep you informed about the visit, and document what we completed. If this becomes a recurring service, your full Property Passport walkthrough gives every FetchPro context; photos, checklists, useful quantities, and recommendations build a record you can actually use.
Suggestions are yours to decide: ask GoFetch to quote the work, handle it yourself, or come back to it later. Extra work is not added without approval.
The scope
What this service can cover
We tailor the work to the property and confirm the included tasks in writing before scheduling.
- A pool-specific care checklist
- Documented cleaning and visible-condition notes
- Equipment or water concerns flagged for follow-up
Repairs, chemical treatments, and regulated work require a separate approved scope and an appropriately qualified provider.
